1. 2025 Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Jefferies’ Investment Banking program provides Analysts with the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across an array of investment banking products and industries and to develop lasting personal and professional relationships with peers and senior bankers that will serve as the foundation for a successful career. Throughout the 10-week program, Analysts will focus on real-life on the job learning and will work closely with a team focused on the origination and execution of M&A, equity and debt transactions for our Asia clients across various sectors.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting company and industry research.
• Provide support on financial analysis, and modeling and evaluation activities.
• Assisting in preparation pitch book, business proposals, reports and memos.
• Participating in the execution of live transactions.

2. 2025 Equities Sales & Trading Summer Analyst – Tokyo

Jefferies’ Equities department is a significant provider of liquidity, execution and underwriting expertise with over 700 Institutional Sales & Trading and Research professionals who focus on providing best in class trade execution, ideas and service to our clients. Summer Interns engaged on our Equities platform will participate in one-week desk rotations throughout the course of the summer, and will gain valuable experience across a variety of roles including Sales Trading, Trading, Research Sales, Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Electronic Trading and Desk Strategy.
